PREVENTATIVE HEALTH CARE
Vaccinations and wellness exams are part of our preventative health care plans in keeping your pet healthy and happy. We mail you annual notifications so you may keep your pet’s vaccinations up-to-date and reminders if they are overdue.
We have an in-house laboratory to obtain CBC and blood chemistry levels. We also work with an outside lab if special testing is required.
When needed we refer our patients to several specialty facilities and veterinarians providing ophthalmologic, dermatologic, orthopedic and internal medicine care.
DENTAL CLEANINGS/EXTRACTIONS
Our pet’s dental health is as important as our own. The dangers of periodontal disease go beyond bad breath and lost teeth therefore, we provide routine dental exams and treatments. We clean each tooth, above and below the gum line, using our safe and thorough hydraulic -based cleaning system. We also recommend our clients use the OraVet, system on their pet’s teeth. It is a home care once a week treatment that has been proven to extend your pet’s oral health.
GENERAL SURGERY
Our veterinarians and technicians utilize modern anesthesia and surgical monitoring equipment to safely accommodate your pet’s surgical needs. We offer laser surgery by appointment- just call us for a consultation.
RADIOLOGY
We have the ability to x-ray your animal from head to toe. We are especially excited about our digital radiography machine arriving this Fall (2007).
PHARMACY
As an added convenience for our clients, we provide our patients with their routine and unexpected medication needs.
NUTRITIONAL COUNSELING
We stock varieties of prescription soft and dry food in accordance to the needs of your dog and cat. (List some of the foods….) We also special order food if we don’t have it readily available. You can’t go wrong with our biscuit treats, pill pockets and dental chews.
BATHING
We offer general bathing services as well as, medicated baths and dips for the dermatological needs of our patients. For a minimal cost, we will cut their nails and give a sanitary clip.
BOARDING
A benefit to only our clients, we offer comfortable boarding quarters for your pet and peace of mind for you. Once you have scheduled your pet for boarding, complete the following boarding consent form and bring it with you for a speedy check-in.
