All of our client information is stored off-line.
Your First Visit includes:
- A full medical checkup, with a blood test upon request
- Review past medical records and conditions
- Consultation and Diagnosis
What's needed:
Prior Medical Records: Please call us with you pet's prior health provider, and will have the records transferred at no cost.
Prior Shot Records: Please bring last known shot records. This is not necessary for new puppies, kittens, etc..
